The basketball program is built on a foundation of respect, sportsmanship and discipline. The staff looks forward to focusing on these principles and to continue to build on the foundation and provide an environment that is both FUN and POSITIVE.            

A couple of the objectives of the program are to develop and improve upon the basketball skill level of all the players and have them grow as people by building character. One way to accomplish these objectives is by having the proper attitude, display good sportsmanship, and have respect, not only for each other but also for ourselves and the rules that govern the league and the facility. This is required, and expected, from not only the players, but from the adults who are involved, whether they are fans, coaches, or officials. We can all benefit and keep this program a strong one if everyone acts accordingly. This will ensure in making an atmosphere that is both enjoyable and productive. A Zero Tolerance Policy will be in effect.            

A couple of reminders, proper basketball attire at all times, (sneakers, shorts, no cut offs, and issued game shirt). NO JEWELRY OF ANY KIND, for safety purposes. Please be on time for all games and practices. Parking can be a problem so allow yourselves enough time. If you are not able to make a game or practices, you MUST notify your coach or me at the club. 

** ADULT COURT RESTRICTIONS-    Because we are a youth facility and to help ensure a safe, fun and positive environment, it is prohibited for any adult to be engaged in basketball activity during open gym time in the small gym or big gym. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

The Boys & Girls Club is proud to launch a new developmental basketball program for boys & girls in grades Kindergarten. The Biddy Basketball Program will be a 10 week instructional program teaching and focusing on the fundamentals of the game and the skills necessary to play the game of basketball. Our mission is to provide a positive, fun, and safe environment for all skill levels and to lay the foundation for a long future in the game.

To assist in this mission, the size of the balls, the height of the hoops, the seizes of the teams, the rules of the game, and the distance of play will be modified to fit our young athletes. These simple and proven modifications permit our young players to learn the basic skills and fundamentals necessary to play the game. The teams will be grouped based on age and development.
