Celebrate Your Child’s Birthday at the Club!

We offer rentals on a limited basis. Availability depends on:

• Our schedule of events

• Club operating hours

• Staff availability to host your party

To get started, please complete a Special Events Application for consideration.

 Where Can You Have Your Party?

• Small Gym

• Pit Gym

• Lighthouse

• Ice Rink (seasonal: late October – mid-March)

• Pool

 When Can You Book?

• Most parties: Saturday afternoons November - March

• Rink parties: November – mid-March

Rental Costs

• Gyms & Lighthouse – $100 for 2 hours*

  • $25 for each additional 30 minutes

  • 20 school-age children max ($10 for each additional child)

• Pool – $150 for 2 hours*

  • Plus cost of lifeguards - Lifeguards are $17.60 each. Massachusetts law requires 2 lifeguards for every 25 swimmers.

• Ice Rink – $150 per hour (private rental)

*All rentals include tables and chairs.

IMPORTANT:  Rental time is not just the party. It includes:

• Time you spend setting up

• Time during your party

• Time cleaning up and packing your things
  If you are in the building, that time counts as part of your rental.

What Do I Need To Do?

1. Fill out a Special Events Application and return to Kristine Huggins at [email protected].

2. If we are able to host your event, we will send a Occupancy Liability Agreement for you to review, sign and return. 

3. A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due with your signed Occupancy Liability Agreement to reserve your space.

4. The remaining balance must be paid by 3:00 PM on the last weekday before your event.
