Tee-Ball & Coaches Pitch

The goal of our league is to introduce young players to the fundamentals of field play and base running in a supportive, non-competitive environment. This program prepares players for the transition to the player-pitch league (AAA) by focusing on essential skills such as hitting, catching, and base running — all while fostering a love of the game.
Teams will practice once a week (with an optional second practice) and play one game per week. Our primary focus is Safety, Instruction, and Fun, ensuring every player develops confidence and skills in a safe environment.
All players receive a team jersey and hat; all equipment except gloves is provided.

Boys & Girls Pre-Season Fundamentals Clinics

A skill-focused program for players eager to refine their basketball game. Training includes shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding, and defensive techniques, with personalized coaching for confidence under pressure.

Our Swim Lessons program teaches swimmers of all levels the essential skills for water safety, proper strokes, and technique development. From beginners to advanced swimmers, everyone can improve their skills in a fun, structured environment.

Jiu-Jitsu!

Our Jiu-Jitsu program introduces youth to the fundamentals of martial arts in a safe, supportive environment. Participants will learn discipline, respect, self-defense techniques, and the importance of physical fitness while building confidence and teamwork skills. Classes are led by experienced instructors and focus on skill development, positive character building, and having fun. There is no striking contact in this program, making it safe for all participants. This program is designed for all levels, with no prior experience required.

️‍ Bigger, Faster, Stronger

Bigger, Faster, Stronger is a comprehensive conditioning program designed to enhance physical performance for athletes and non-athletes alike. The program focuses on flexibility, speed, power, agility, and overall strength while helping prevent injuries. Participants improve muscle efficiency, endurance, and recovery—perfect for sports performance or general fitness.

Baking Class

This hands-on baking program teaches kitchen safety (oven & equipment) and basic baking skills (measuring, mixing techniques). Participants learn to safely handle tools, follow recipes, and prepare a variety of treats! We encourage teamwork, creativity in the kitchen along with healthy eating habits, and food safety. At the end of each session, participants can enjoy the treats they’ve created while gaining confidence in the kitchen and themselves.

Music Production: Inspiring the Next Generation of Music Creators

This program introduces youth to digital music production, songwriting, recording, and sound engineering. Participants learn beat-making, mixing, mastering, vocal recording, and performance techniques, collaborating with peers and mentors to create original tracks. No prior experience needed!

Performing Arts

Berkshire Pulse Afterschool Dance Program

In collaboration with Berkshire Pulse, Boys & Girls Club, and Pittsfield Public Schools, this afterschool dance program is designed for students primarily ages 8–12. Held at the Boys & Girls Club, the program offers an accessible, year-round interdisciplinary dance experience. Students will explore ballet, modern/jazz, Danza Latina, and African dance, with structured instruction from professional instructors.
