Monday + Tuesday are going to be our skills assessment. We will then put your son/daughter into our College or Pro division. Difference will be the time you arrive at the Boys & Girls Club.

Hoop + is a co-ed youth basketball training program designed to enrich not only basketball skills but life skills as well. Sports can be an excellent stepping stone for our youth showing them things along the way such as team work, discipline, sportsmanship, respect and character. This program is meant to expand a players scoring palette for in-game situations and scenarios while also expanding IQ and overall knowledge of the game. All skill levels are welcome an encouraged.

Hoop + will work on the following:

-          Confidence                Shooting              IQ              Passing          Rebounding

-          Defense                   Playmaking           Dribbling    Finishing         Stamina

The program will run Monday -Friday. Every session will begin with 20 minutes of fitness and stretching. Friday‚Äôs will consist of open run, you must attend at least two days during the week to be eligible for the open run. The open run will focus on all the things worked on during the week. Attendees will be split into two different groups based on skill, the two groups will go at different times (College & Pro).
