Important Reminders

Dear Parents / Guardians,

We would like to take a moment to remind you about a few important matters regarding your child's Club Membership. Your cooperation in these areas will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

1. Club Membership Card: Please ensure that your child has their Club Membership card with them during each visit. We require our Members to have their card at each visit to participate in programming.

2. Card Replacement Policy: In the event that a Membership card is lost or misplaced, please note that there will be a $5 charge for the replacement of the card starting from the third time. We understand that accidents happen, but this policy is in place to encourage responsible handling of the cards. We kindly ask for your understanding and support in reinforcing this message to your child.

3. Basketball Reminder: For those participating in basketball activities, it is essential that the Code of Conduct is signed and returned no later than December 3rd. Without this document players will not be able to participate in games. We kindly ask that you promptly sign and return the Code of Conduct to ensure playing time is uninterrupted.
